Over the past few years, we have had a variety of wonderful events at St. Andrew's Stone Church, including Easter Sunrise Services, concerts, live theatre, a christening and several weddings. Scottish heritage has been celebrated at St. Andrew's Stone Church in June with step dancing, a musical banquet of Scottish tunes, Celtic vocals and violin and our local Sandhill Pipe Band.

The Friends of St Andrew’s Stone Church and Cemetery in Caledon, ON, are hosting a presentation by Town of Caledon Heritage Planner, Cassandra Jasinski. Listen to Cassandra talk about historic cemeteries and the meaning behind gravestone design, focusing on St Andrew’s Cemetery. Afterwards, weather permitting, join us for a descriptive walk through one of the oldest, still active, pioneer cemeteries in Ontario.
St Andrew’s Stone Church was built in 1853 by Scottish immigrants who began settling in the area in the early 1800s. The church, built of local limestone, is listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places.
